Returns

Message us through the contact form within 14 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• You pay return postage, unless the item arrives damaged or not as described.
• Faulty items: send photos. We will replace or refund, and we cover that return postage.
• If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days after dispatch, we will trace, reship, or refund.

Refunds go back to the original payment method after we receive and check the return.
