FAQ

How do I size a pet costume?

Measure the chest just behind the front legs, in centimetres. Between sizes, go up. The cowboy costume has a centimetre chart. The dinosaur, bat and lion pieces do not, because the supplier did not publish one. See the size guide.

Where do you ship, and what does it cost?

Hong Kong is HK$26, 1–5 business days. The UK and the US are HK$34, 5–10 business days. Times start when the order is dispatched. Details are on the shipping page.

Can I return an item?

Message us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused or unworn. You pay return postage unless it arrives faulty. See returns.

What do you sell?

Halloween costumes (cowboy, bat hoodie, lion mane, dinosaur fleece) and everyday gear (grooming glove, travel bottle, paw cleaner, moving ball, and feeder or fountain models). There are no costume bundle packs.
