Woof & Whisker is the shop name of Ascend Beyond. This policy explains what we collect when you browse, buy, or contact us, and how we use it.

We do not publish a phone number, email address, or street address. To ask a privacy question or use a right below, use the contact form on our contact page and include your order number if you have one.

What we collect

Contact details you enter at checkout or on the contact form: name, shipping address, billing address, phone number, and email address.
Order details: products, amounts, and the payment confirmation. Card numbers are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us.
Account details if you create an account: login, preferences, and saved addresses.
Technical data from Shopify: device, browser, pages viewed, and approximate location, used to run the store and measure ads.

How we use it

To take payment, ship the order, send tracking, and handle a return or a faulty item.
To reply to the contact form.
To reduce fraud.
To measure ads in Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send a marketing list from this shop.

Who we share it with

Shopify, to run the store and checkout.
The payment provider, to take payment.
The supplier and the carrier, so the order can be packed and delivered. Orders are dropshipped. The supplier receives the name and shipping address needed to dispatch.
Ad platforms, only for the measurement of ads you reached the store from.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve the question.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Use the contact form. We may ask for the order number to confirm it is you.

If you are in the United Kingdom, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. If you are in the European Economic Area, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This shop is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from a child.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
